What this site collects, and where it goes.
Short version: the only personal data this site collects is what you type into the brief form. It goes to a person at Firefly, the operator of this site, and nowhere else. Last updated 2026-09-14.
What the brief form collects
- Name and work email, required so a person can reply.
- Company or agency, optional.
- The stage you select (comparing formats, have a budget, checking the rate, buying now).
- Anything specific you write in the notes field, optional.
- A hidden field that is empty for people and filled by bots. If it is filled, the submission is discarded.
The form also records that the submission came from nytaxiadvertising.net. It does not set an advertising cookie and does not add you to any newsletter.
Where it goes
The form posts to a server-side endpoint operated by Firefly. No API token or credential ships to your browser. The endpoint places the submission in the customer relationship system Firefly uses to answer enquiries, where it is read by the person who replies to you. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How long it is kept
The record is kept while the enquiry is open and afterwards as part of Firefly's ordinary business correspondence. No fixed retention period is published here because none is enforced automatically; the deletion route below is the reliable way to close a record.
How to have it deleted or corrected
Send a note through the brief form saying that you want your earlier submission deleted or corrected, using the same work email you gave the first time. The same person who received the original reads the request and confirms by reply. You can also use the contact routes on Firefly's own privacy policy, which governs how Firefly handles personal data across all of its properties, including this one.
What else the site loads
The pages are static files served from Firefly's own server. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files. The campaign photographs and every other asset are served from this domain. There is no analytics script, advertising pixel or third-party embed on any page.
